Sprinkler Services



We provide no fee sprinkler installation estimate appointments. Once we have customer approval a deposit is required before the appointment date and full balance paid at the time of the appointment. We prefer to use Rainbird products in our systems and we also can provide assistance with needing a sod company referral. 

System Start Up

We provide a full system start up including a zone by zone run through to check for problems and grass trimming around the heads, if needed. This service is provided for one flat rate with repairs as extra cost.

We generally begin setting appointments around mid April, depending on Michigan weather, and can continue to provide start up service through August


We are a full service irrigation company and can fulfill majority of all sprinkler system needs. We can operate on city water, well and pump systems. We offer free estimates on all repairs and service appointments are charged a service fee, part and labor cost. 


In Michigan it is a necessity to have your system winterized before Winter, unless your system is buried deep into the ground which most systems are not. Failure to winterize before the temperatures drop too low can result in broken pipes, valves and vacuum breakers, all of which can cost you a lot of money. We begin scheduling winterizations for late September, depending on Michigan weather. Typically our season is finished by the first week of November.

For system start up and winterization you can get a discounted group rate if you have at least 4 other neighbors that schedule with you in the same time block. 

Commonly Asked Questions

Do I need to be home for my system start up?

  • If we can have access to your control box (timer) and the water has been turned on by you, no. Also, if we can access your valve box(es) (small green lids in your grass) and they are not damaged and your water has been turned on by you, no. We will not be able to program the zones on your timer using this method.

What are my payment options?

  • We accept cash, check or credit card. You can pay right on our site! There is a $25 fee for returned checks.

When are payments due?

  • Payment can be collected at the time of the appointment, mailed into our office or taken by credit card over the phone. Payments that are delinquent through December 31st of the same invoiced year will incur a $50 late fee.

What if I miss my appointment?

  • We understand that occasionally we forget about a commitment, however, a service fee will be charged to you for multiple missed appointments.

Can you give service cost estimates over the phone?

  • Due to the nature of our industry, it is impossible to give an exact service cost estimate or installation estimate over the phone. We may be able to give a cost range but all estimations given without seeing the job in person can change.

Do I need to be home for my winterization appointment?

  • If we have access to your control box (timer) or all needed valve boxes (and they are not damaged) and your water to the system has been shut off by you, no. If we arrive and the water has not been shut off by you, we may not be able to complete the appointment.

Do you honor competitor coupons?

  • No.

Do you offer discounts?

  • We offer group rate discounts for 5+ neighbors that schedule together. Our pricing is firm and we will not entertain negotiating.
